We are a Church of England voluntary controlled school, which means we have a close partnership with our local village church and the St Albans Diocese. We are proud of our church foundation and it is this, which defines our ethos and makes our school distinctive.
The cornerstone of all of our work is our 'Values' based education, which is embraced by the whole school community. These values are our guiding principles. They help us to work together to create a successful and happy school. They encourage every child to develop into a caring, responsible, hardworking and positive person.
We are proud of our children and all of their achievements.
All of our work in school is built on our ambition to develop as responsible, resilient and caring citizens
