Pupil Premium |
Pupil Premium funding is a government initiative designed to support students from disadvantaged backgrounds, ensuring they have access to the resources and opportunities needed to succeed academically. The funding is allocated to schools based on the number of students who are eligible for free school meals, are in care, or have parents in the armed forces. Schools are encouraged to use this funding in ways that will directly benefit these students, such as targeted academic support, extracurricular activities, and emotional or social interventions. The following report outlines how our school has utilized Pupil Premium funding to help close the achievement gap and improve the educational experience for eligible students.
