The children in our school made us proud by working really hard to practice and perform a song at the Mothers Day service at the local church of St James. We are very grateful to Mrs Shattock for helping us to learn the song and perform in church.

Match reports from 30/03/19 Silsoe Storm Y1 played Flitwick Lower School and narrowly lost 6-8 (despite leading 5-3 with 10 mins to go!). The boys played with an excellent spirit - despite challenges from the other team, they kept picking themselves up and plugging away. Lots of good performances but with a hattrick, Louis Minta was man of the match. Sonic Reds Y2 played Bromham Youth, the team started really well with an opening long distance goal from Oscar H who went on to get a hattrick. A solid performance in goal from Finlay kept the score safe for the goals to keep coming from Jack E, Cohen C, Jake B, Harry W, Ed M and Leo O. However silky skills and 4 goals from Leo S won him player of the match. Final Score 13-1. A top team performance all round. Silsoe Sharks Y4 took on Ampthill Firs away at the weekend. Coach tried a new formation (2-3-1) and the boys played amazingly well in their new positions. Josh C scored an amazing hattrick supported by his brother Jacob as well as the whole team to take the win 5-2. Great passing, good supporting play. The team are really starting to gel, no doubt helped by spending time together at Grafham. Good work year 4!! On 1st April four children from our school attended the Beds Borough Impairment Festival for children with visual and auditory needs. The children all had a fantastic time and took part in various activities including golf and table cricket. The children tried their hardest in all activities and even made some new friends! We are really proud of them all.
