On Thursday 11th January some of the year 4’s and the year 3’s went to an athletics festival with many other schools. Some of the activities we took part in were 5 strides, long jump, javelin and side to side jumps.
We worked as a team on each of the activities and the running races were great. Mrs Gates won her race, Cameron and Zac won their race too and showed lots of values to win.
We showed our values of perseverance, determination, friendship and teamwork. We all worked as a team on all of the activities.
We also had lots of fun.
